The Architectural Studies Bridging Programme is a perfect way to increase your skills and build a strong portfolio which you can use to apply for a national certificate or diploma programme with The Box Learning Studio.The Architectural Studies Bridging Programme is not as demanding as the national certificate or diploma programme and is therefore perfect for someone who is planning to take a gap year but would like to learn a skill.

The bridging programme is a combination of all the essential skills you will require to be effective within your national certificate or diploma studies, and the great thing about this programme is that all the classes will be conducted by a facilitator with years of architectural technology and education experience therefore all learning material is geared towards industry, real working environment and strong portfolio

What is a Bridging Programme?

A bridging programme is sequential learning activities, associated with curriculum implementation, leading to the achievement of a particular qualification or part qualification.

Entrance Requirements 

1. English [Grade 12] or N3 Qualification
2. Matriculated [Grade 12]


Part time / 1 Year / Day Classes [Mondays Only]

Equipment Needed: 

Laptop with windows 7 /8 / 10 with the following minimum specifications.


Minimum Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon™ 64 processor

For 32-bit AutoCAD 2016: 2 GB (3 GB recommended) For 64-bit AutoCAD 2016: 4 GB (8 GB recommended)

1024×768 (1600×1050 or higher recommended) with True Color
